If you change your address or phone number, or set up a new email address, make sure to update your contact details on your Boleum Marketplace account.

Whether you’ve simply forgotten your password and need to reset it, or want to make a change for security reasons, it’s easy to change your Boleum Marketplace password.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to Account page.
  2. Click Account Details.
  3. Enter your current password and your new password also confirm your new password.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Your username or user ID is the unique name you chose when you created your Boleum Marketplace account. It’s the name other Boleum Marketplace members see when you’re buying or selling with them

Your username and your business

Think carefully before you change your username. Keep in mind that other buyers and sellers may not be able to find you as easily if you change your username.

Along with your feedback profile, your username represents your reputation on Boleum Marketplace. Over time you can build your reputation into a valuable business asset, so it’s a good idea to choose a username you’ll want to use long-term.

What happens after you change your username

Your new username automatically replaces your old username wherever it appears on Boleum Marketplace. All your member and account information, including your feedback score, will be transferred to your new username.

Your old username can’t be used by anyone else on Boleum Marketplace.

Your primary shipping address is the default we’ll provide to sellers when you buy any product. However, you can always select a different address, or add a new one, during checkout.

You can find all the addresses you use on Boleum Marketplace, including your billing address and primary shipping address, in the Address book  page of your Boleum Marketplace account. It’s a good idea to regularly review your addresses and update any that you no longer use. You can also add or update your address from the checkout page.

Changing your shipping address at checkout

Before you complete your order, always check your address details. If you need to change your shipping address at checkout, select Change in the Shipping address section. You can then choose from any of the addresses saved to your account or add a new address.

To add a new address:

  1. Select Add a new address.
  2. Enter your new address.
  3. If you’d like to make this address your primary delivery address, select Make primary.

To update an existing address:

  1. Select Edit next to the address.
  2. Update your details.
  3. Select Save address at the bottom of the page.

Whenever you enter a new address at checkout, we’ll save it so you won’t have to enter those details again in the future.

Updating your shipping address in Your Boleum Marketplace Account

You can also review, add, or update your addresses at any time in your Boleum Marketplace account:

  1. Go to Address Book.
  2. Select Edit next to Shipping address.
  3. Select Edit next to the address you’d like to change.
  4. Update your address and select Save address.
  • To delete an address, select Delete
  • To make an address your primary shipping address, select Make primary
  • To add an address, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Add New Shipping Address

If you close your Boleum Marketplace account, you’ll no longer be able to sell on the site or access Your Boleum Marketplace account. You’ll also lose your feedback as well as your orders and sales history.

If you have made up your mind to close your Boleum Marketplace account, consider contacting us first. We don’t want to see you go, and we’ll do everything we can to sort out any issues you may have.

To close your seller account; simply  cancel your subscription in your Store manager dashboard -> Profile -> Membership section .

If you still want to close your account, make sure:

  • All your fees are paid and your account balance is zero
  • You don’t have open RFQ on a Product
  • You don’t have any outstanding payouts to be processed to your bank account or any pending status.
