The safety of your personal data is our top priority, so we take measures to protect your account. There are also some simple steps you can take to make your account more secure.
Change your password regularly
Here are some things you can do to help protect your Boleum Marketplace account and keep your personal data safe.
To keep your account secure, we recommend regularly updating your password. Choose a strong password that’s difficult for others to guess.
Follow these tips for creating a strong new password:
- Avoid using personal details such as your name, birth date, or user ID
- Consider using a phrase (for example, a song lyric or book title)
- Use numbers and special characters
- Don’t use the same password that you use on other accounts
- Don’t give anyone your login information
If you think your Boleum Marketplace account was compromised or hacked, you should change the passwords for both your Boleum Marketplace account and personal email account. Your email password should be different from your Boleum Marketplace password.
We may occasionally restrict or suspend accounts to protect our community. If your Boleum Marketplace account is restricted or suspended, we’ll email you with the steps you need to take to have your account reinstated.
Why your account was suspended or restricted
Holds, restrictions, or suspensions are usually placed on accounts for one of the following reasons:
- You have your Boleum Marketplace subscription fees to pay
- You have violated one of our rules or policies
- We couldn’t verify your account information
- You need to update your Shipping method
- You need to update your store information’s
How to have your account reinstated
Getting your account reinstated may be as simple as waiting for a temporary suspension to finish, send us some more information—it depends on the reason we suspended your account. The full details will be in the message we’ve sent you.
If your account was restricted or suspended because of subscription fees you can make a payment to resolve the issue. When we receive your payment, your account will be reinstated.
To make a payment:
- Go to Seller Registration Page.
- select a subscription package
- after selecting subscription package, select payment, and follow the instructions.
What happens while an account is suspended
When your Boleum Marketplace account is suspended, you won’t be able to:
- Create listing
- leave feedback
- Create new listings or revise existing listings
- Contact Buyers
- Receive RFQ orders
Any buyers on your existing listings can retract their orders. When your account is reinstated, you’ll be able to leave feedback for any transactions you completed in the previous 30 days.
Depending on why your account was suspended, we may end listings early. If we remove listings because of a policy violation depend on the situation and any previous policy violations will be taken into account also all your listing will achieved until your account is reinstated then you can republish your listings. Keep in mind that your listing fees can be forfeited too, depending on the reason for suspension.
Verification holds sellers
Before we can enroll for a seller Subscriptions, we need to confirm your identity, ID Card details bank account details so you can Start selling your products. We’ll place a temporary hold on your account until we can verify your details. Once this is complete, we’ll email you to let you know your account has been migrated onto the new payments experience and the hold has been removed from your account.
If you’re already enrolled as a seller, your listings, store will be blocked until your suspension, restriction is resolved.
Fake account hold and suspension notices
Watch out for spoof (fake) emails about account holds or suspensions. To confirm that an email was sent from Boleum Marketplace, check your Boleum Marketplace Messages. If you can’t find a copy of the email there, then it wasn’t from Boleum Marketplace.
